devoted modifiers get nerfed with the haunted modifiers

Hey,

After taking the nodes in atlas to nerf the haunted modifiers and boost the chance of devoted it seems that the devoted modifiers are getting nerfed with the haunted ones. I don't know if it's intentionnal or not ?
