Eldritch Hunger Helmet Forced Effects

I don't understand why the effects are forced onto the helmet. Constant un-mutable voice and forced 50 killstreak effect that is absolutely hideous.

I like Eldritch stuff (real Eldritch stuff GGG) and the helm does ruin it for me too.
I made sure to look up if it was the helm or armor which causes that effect. Least it's just the helm. It's a shame cuz the helm looks cool in it's normal state. I've said multiple times on the forums these newer MTX are generally inferior to the old. How many ring/amulet effects are people really gunna buy? The Voidborn armor was a big miss IMO. Having that as an added effect would have sold a lot more I feel. "Never trust floating women." -Officer Kirac

Without a way to mute the voice this one will sadly see no use..
