Allow us to convert non-unique alternate art items into microtransactions as well

Title. Feels weird that I am able to convert a unique quiver that required 10 points but not a ring that required 40.

I have a feeling GGG did not implement it at the moment because there are white bases (with demigod art) that could be duplicated by mirroring them.
A way around this would be to let white alt art (non demigod) bases to be turned into mtx as long as they do not have the tag mirrored.
