Stash Tabs Max Limit?

remove-only tabs are just tabs you used from previous league you can't place anything in them.

more leagues you been in the more remove-only tabs are gonna pile up if you don't clean them out.

Once you buy a stash tab you keep that tab.

OK, finally cleared up where I was getting confused.

I didn't know you "inherited" (if that's the right word) your stash tabs when you start a new league. I thought tabs you bought were just for the league you bought them in.

Bought some tabs this weekend with the sale running, applied to my Standard league character. Then rolled a league char, and was surprised to see the tabs I had bought appearing there.

So, of course, if you have a lot of tabs, and then fill them up in league play, there will now be two times the amount of tabs in your Standard stash once everything gets rolled back there.

Still, multiple thousands of tabs sounds insane. Still not sure how you get THAT many tabs :)

So, how does it work? Are league SC, HC, SC SSF, HC SSF, SC R, SC R SSF, HC R, HC R SSF all separate "instances"? If they are, and you roll a char in each, that's another 8 copies of your tabs which can then get sent to your Standard stash at the end of the league. Something like that would have to be the answer, otherwise I still don't get how you could wind up with 5000, or 9000, tabs.

Only tabs with stuff in them get transferred, not empty tabs. Even considering there was not as many special tabs that could fit multiple regular tabs worth of things it sounds like too many tabs. And who plays different leagues each league? If you start in ssf and then transfer to trade it doesnt add more tabs since you transfer them
