Searing Exarch questline stuck/not progressing

Hello there,

i think my atlas progression on Necropolis HC has gotten stuck somehow. Im progressing atlas with a mate, and when the questitem you usually give/show Kirac dropped, he picked it up, and went to his hideout. Now im missing my Exarch progression i think. Exarch and Maven map activate button is still available, just no exarch. The Atlas of Worlds questtab only has a quest called atlas of worlds, the eater of worlds (pursue The Eater of Worlds influence in tier 11+ map) and The Maven (Call the maven to tier 12+ maps...).

Is this a known thing?

Sounds like maybe the same issue I'm having (normal league). I got the green quest Polaric invitation and ran it, and now I have all three influence buttons on my map device, but when I select Exarch, all the text is grayed out. It says "Complete this map to advance closer to The Searing Exarch," and when I run the map (T16 with no scarabs) it clearly has Exarch influence, as mobs and altars appear. When I complete the map, the Exarch button on the mapping device shows no progress and the text is still gray. when I say 'no progress" I don't mean 0/28, I mean it doesn't show anything - no numbers, no segmented ring around the icon, nothing.

Maven and Eater are working fine, although I think Maven might be related. I've done two Maven/map boss invitations, and the quest is still open in my log telling me to complete T14 maps, "you have defeated 0 out of 10".

I just want my voidstones...
