It's hard topic without easy solution. The game offers a lot of ways of playing, but just one balance(i forgot about ruthless) around it. Everyone just tell you how his way of playing is the right one and that GGG should only consider changes around it. It's way to nowhere. Balancing nightmare.

People who create those threads indeed are the vocal minority. Believe it or not, the majority of this games playerbase doesn't give a fuck about these forums or reddit. They're busy playing the game and if it's not worth their time they go play something else, without announcing their departure.

do you have any proof of that or just saying it to disagree with me? lets just stick to things we can see/prove shall we? there is no denying the 100 threads about those other things. and not everyone will make a thread. some will just quit when they get fed up with the lack of auction house or the death penalty or whatever else

There is also no denying those exact same threads existed in affliction league or any other league for that matter.

Every single league up to this point has had multiple "worst league ever" threads without fail. Which is precisely why threads like that mean nothing, its just another day in the office.


There is also no denying that GGG starts every league with a pretty tough balancing, then goes ahead nerfing/buffing/improving certain aspects of the league mechanic within 2-3 weeks. Might still not be meeting your personal expectations or liking, thats fine.

Still, you cant be playing this game for years and not noticing this pattern.
Not only that but ignoring this pattern and instead trying to make it a point proving your PoV? Really?

It doesnt proof anything. Its just the usual noise on the forums whenever a new league launches. There is nothing special about it. Its to be expected at this point.

You can just look at the amount of people playing on Steam and other platforms and compare to the amount of people who actually create these threads

The forums & Reddit are just that, a bubble. People are more inclined to sharing negative emotions and complaining vs people who just happily grind away and have a good time with the game. This perpetual negativity really seems to warp the perception of some forumers

Anyway, I have a grind to level 100 to finish. Keep pretending I have it out for you or whatever it is you do to allow yourself to dismiss facts

Step 1: Say something completely asinine and inflammatory

Step 2: Double down on stance when confronted with evidence

Step 3: Start personally attacking people who point out that what you're saying is nonsense

Step 4: Make thread crying about how you need an ignore button for forums, because you can't stand to have people prove that you don't know what you're talking about

Step 5: When nobody cares about your thread in Step 4, repeat step 3

Step 6: Claim that everyone keeps ganging up on you
