Brine King Not Phasing with Cannibal's Grip Tormented Ghost

I encountered Brine King in a t10 map, with the Cannibal's Grip tormented ghost. Even though I brought the Brine King's health to the required threshold to phase him, he would not phase.

I have 0 problem phasing him without the ghost, which leads me to believe it to be a problem which occurs with this ghost in particular.
