Automation not automationing

As the title says ;)

Skill says it triggers all linked skills on cooldown, so I slapped FrostBomb on it to be rid of that nonsense as well and just have it done automatically.

Not triggering the use of frostbomb.

Nowhere in the skill does it say it doesn't work with "certain spells" just "uses on cooldown" which Frostbomb has.
