+1 modifier doesn´t increase some modifiers

The league mechanic that a pack has +1 to modifier tiers doesn´t increase all modifiers.
For example I had a devoted tier 3 pack size (40% increased pack size) and when moved to a +1 modifier it should be increased to tier 4 but it´s still tier 3. It increases some modifiers that I move to it but not all, including haunted modifiers. If I move a 1200% increased rarity it will increase, this has to be fixed so we can benefit from the league mechanic... Last bumped on Apr 1, 2024, 5:37:48 AM

It is worth noting that the 40% increase pack size I moved to the +1 modifier did not have a -1 modifier prior, it did not have any buff or debuff to that pack.

I also have the node that increases all modifier tiers, maby it is an interaction issue with that.
