Singapore Realm latency issue

So today I login to see that the Singapore realm which is normally and consistently running at 32ms, is fluctuating between 72-90ms on login screen. Once in game, the base encampments are sitting at over 309 ms, and zones load in at either 75ms or 300+ms. I haven't had this issue in a VERY long time. The last time this occurred, it was an issue on GGG's end. Seeing as how e-mail support is long gone(staffing issues supposedly), this is where I must post. I have done all the standard troubleshooting, verified with my ISP that everything is ok, but with encampments and zones being horrible, the game is unplayable. Any real help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Edit 1--- if I login to Japan realm, which is normally higher latency, I am getting a stable 79 ms in both encampments, hideout, and zones. So it really seems like there is something going on with the Singapore gateway specifically.
