flameblast of celerity with spell totem hitting empty space endlessly

Hi team,

I found that flameblast of celerity casted by spell totems often keeps hitting empty space when the target enemy moves quickly or teleports to another place. The spell totem keeps targeting the original, now empty place where the enemy standed before the move or teleport, instead of the totems targeting the new place. I'm not sure if this bug happens when using other spells.
