Vaal Temple implicit not scaled by Increased Effect of Map Modifiers

The Vaal Vessel implicit modifier found on Vaal Temple maps has always been scaled by increases to Effect of Map Modifiers, as it should, as it is a map modifier.
3.24 broke this behavior, please fix this as it is very important for people that farm Vaal Temples. Last bumped on Apr 1, 2024, 3:14:17 AM

+1 Fix Vaal Temple Implicit So Can Scale With Mods As Be4 ASAP !!!! and please place a button to avoid the league mechanic !
