Vaal Temple Farming bugged/ not working as intended?

So i tried out several Atlas Tree Options and Keystones to check if something blocks the number of Vaal Vessels.

ATM there is no possibility to increase the Vaal Vessels in the T16 Vaal Temple Map sadly.
Would be interesting to know wether this is an intended nerf or just bugged.
