Labyrinth Entry Hideout Decoration - not working anymore

as title say it do just nothing if i click it.
but i changed nothing in my hideout compared to last season when it worked, so i guess it is a bug.
or do i have to trigger anything to make it work?
i have already finished uber lab so i was already there, i also went in a3 and a8 through the door but still not working

same, all of mine just done work, I've moved them around, reclaimed them and replaced them again and they just don't work
