Minion Instability + Ignite Proliferation

I'm playing with Summon Raging Spirit of Enormity + Minion Instability. For some reason, if I link Ignite or Ele Proliferation into that without Elemental Focus being on there, the ignites from guaranteed crits of the SRS don't proliferate. PoB is saying my crit based ignite chance is 100%, wiki is saying minion instability can be linked with prolifs. What am not understanding?

Solved my issue, it was the Oblivion skin to SRS, it modified the prolif from Ignite Prolif to not look like prolif at all.
