Reblade banner with call to arms support

Redblade banner reads as "warcries have infinite power". Call to arms "triggers" supported warcry skills.

Currently, if I have enduring cry not linked and manual cast it, I will get up to my maximum endurance charges. If I have enduring cry linked to call to arms and have it trigger, I do not gain any endurance charges. This is with redblade banner equipped.

Same thing is happening for battlemage's cry and other warcry skills.
