2,626,758,078 - Alva not spawning for quest "No Time like the Present"

I full cleared the map 3x, 1st running through for the story yesterday, 2nd portaling in through the wp today, and then 3rd reinstancing w/ ctrl click from the Northern Forest entrance.

She didn't spawn for me either.
It is broken and should be fixed. Or remove it from the game so we don't chase her for actually no reason. |
