The Necro Mods are Boring?!

I was considering playing this league but looking at those necro mod pool - at least the one that is available now - makes the whole necro mod thing look a little not worth it for a casual like myself.

I was thinking there would be mods like:

Leave Trail of Poison behind you as you walk.
Shock applies to frozen enemies at %300 value.
-40 Str and Int. Dexterity + 100.
Item has +2 maximum sockets.

You know... something weird and interesting that can be built around from the start.
