CPU SPIKES

Spec:

CPU:Ryzen 7950X3D
GPU: RX 7900 XTX
RAM: Kingston KF560C32 2x32 GB

I'm facing CPU spikes likes from 1ms to 15-20 ms its spikes it is lower my RefreshRate leading to laggi spikes. I don't believe such a setup have to face any issues with POE on 3.23 there was no problems with 3.24 problems are here. Make the game unejoyable
