Night lotus armor body flowers not appearing

They stopped appearing on tiers 4 and 5. Now there are 0-2 of them per minute (sometimes 0, sometimes after re-logging in or re-equipping, 1-2 per minute - it used to be more than 10 times earlier).

And if they do appear, they only show the effect of particle destruction, and not the flower itself.

The bug is very frustrating, because it turns out that there was no point in completing challanges, because the set looks the same as tier 2 ;(

It seems this happened after update 3.24

Can confirm, the body flowers effect is currently broken (3.24.0).

Upon login or immediately after ceasing movement, a single petal rain occurs. Further petal rains wont occur on a stationary character. The body flowers that spawn the petal rains never form at all.

The remaining body armour effects (flair, shadows) and the effects of the other night lotus set pieces continue to function as they did in the previous league (3.23~).

Up, bug still present.
