The loot in necropolis is noticeably less and is bad

Yeah. I quit the league because the loot (even the Necro mechanic) is the usual: full random. Loot is uncountable but 99% trash. I play POE for many years but it gets worse. :( Back to the Last Epoch (best crafting ever) and waiting for D4S4 (or S8 :D).
