Constant crashes

I solved my problem, (im playing game from steam and i opened path of exile folder in steam and deleted the "ShaderCacheD3D11.packed / D3D12.packed and Vulkan.packed documents then i made steam check local documents for missing documents then game downloaoded about 4gbs and after i open the game no crush while loading screens but main cities are really lagging right now ) I hope that helps anybody whom needed solutions on that problem ^^
