Undocumented removal of Imbued crafts from Standard map bench

Hi,

Well.... Imbued crafting options have been removed from people's map bench.
I get it..... the majority of the players do not play standard.

For those who do, some had imbued crafting options on the bench.
These have now been stripped away, and not documented.

Unless it was mentioned somewhere else?

Can you please clarify why they were removed?

From what I saw the removal was never mentioned anywhere, so either I'm guessing it was an unintended side effect of changing how map crafts work or they just decided to say screw us for anyone who still had those lol

Would be very nice to get confirmation as to why this was done, and also why it was undocumented.
it's a deletion of content without notice.

They aren't obliged to tell you every widget in standard might only last as long as a patch cycle, you already knew that, if it rots in standard then it may rot away so you have to use it or lose it.

They don't have to tell you anything lol

This was so awful tbh. They didn't even tell people in advance so that they have a chance to use all of them.

The most likely scenario is that they overlooked this still being in the game on Standard and after making the new map corruption outcomes, one of which allows you to not consume a map craft, they realized it would be "unfair" to use and removed it without telling anyone.

I had like 20-30 of each infused craft left over from back in 3.11 and was using them slowly. Logged in and all of them were removed.

Horrible. How anyone can even excuse this shows they are secretly happy that it was taken away from you and also shows they don't have the ability to put themselves into someone else's shoes.

Lets say they'd kept them in, the odds that most people would even use them are... slim. You have new options new though.

they dont have to tell us anything. one day we just get fed up and quit the game.

as a standard player even tho the change doesnt affect me, its still a reminder that my league is an unwanted stepchild

Imagine having your own identity so deeply intertwined with a product and having so little dignity or self respect; that you condescendingly tell other customers that the company doesn't have to have a minimal standard of consideration or customer service.

Well... no shit they don't HAVE TOO. There's plenty of business that shut their door due to poor customer service all the time. Probably some of them had mocking and derisive product loyalists apologizing for their shortcomings as well.

Lost quite a few myself. Kinda sucks.
