"Detonate Mines while Moving" Mastery removes manual detonation hotkey
If you spec into the "Detonate Mines while Moving" Mastery, you lose the ability to detonate your mines manually via hotkey. This is really bad because if you're unable to move (e.g. body blocked, 0% ms, travel skills on cooldown, etc), then you have no way to trigger your mines to kill mobs.

It's GOT to be an oversight. They might have simply thought we don't NEED that button anymore since we spent a passive to "auto" detonate, and didn't consider how horrible it will be for bossing.
They basically created a system in which you can't do any DPS while standing still (and you are ALWAYS standing still while throwing), and charged you a passive for the privelege, or else you can't stack your mine damage anymore (automate support is utter garbage, and now costs you TWO gem slots instead of zero as we had it), and you can't hit something that moves around a lot, which requires you to detonate as you throw at a moving target. Imagine having to stop throwing in order to do a little wiggle every time an endgame boss happens to be standing on your mines, and you're in a tiny little pocket of safe area avoiding all of the mechanics. this is an oversight, but functionally correct. shouldn't be a a bug post i think. you can't cast triggered spells.
