I can't find my characters anymore

I'm not able to create new characters on my account.
I synced this account to get a loot filter, and now I can't find any of my old characters. |

Just replied right now. My character name in Necropolis league was Mazamuune, a Shadow around level 21 or 22.

Also, all of my stash tabs are gone.
Nowhere to be found. Pleaseee I need your help. I desperately want to play on my day off :( |

Hi there, your character may not have migrated properly. If you go into your characters screen you should see a button like this ">>" This will migrate your characters to the standard league with all of your stash tabs. Hope this helps out!

my characters literally dissapeared. it went from having a full roster of standard, and my all ready made Necropolis league starter level 20 to nothing.

it's not detecting my actual account with all my stash tab purchases, its detecting some other account or something. can I please have my original account restored

My characters name was Mazamuuune and I have logs to prove when I was playing today and my info client information.
