Pantheon Update NOT effective in Standard

When upgrading a Pantheon Power with a Divine Vessel, the upgrade will now be applied for all of your characters in that League. Using a Divine Vessel when you already have the relevant Pantheon Power from a Map unlocked will toggle the upgrade for your character.

On one of my chars in standard league I have ALL of the pantheon powers unlocked, but on another it's not. This new update apparently didn't fully work.

Ok, so I relogged on to my char that has all of them unlocked and then back to other chars and it's fully unlocked now. Seems it was just a disclaimer NOT mentioned in patch notes. Like the ninja nerf to my chars..

...Bane lost 11k dmg, Frenzy bow lost 15k....Ice Shot seems to have lost 12k .....Molten strike lost 4k dmg what in the fk??
