35-37 FPS Lock after Patch

Hello,
since the patch ca. 4 hours ago i got a hard lock of 35-37fps. Beforehand i had 150-200 I have a 4070 ti and a 144hz UWQHD Display. Its only POE Anyone run into this issue before? Last bumped on Mar 29, 2024, 4:19:34 PM

Switching from Vulkan zu DX11 solved the FPS problem. So it should be a Vulkan problem i guess?
