Inc. Withered Effect/Minion UM Interaction

Having a hard time figuring out if generalized sources of "increased effect of withered" will apply to the new unholy might for minions specifically. In summary- will, say, the "Corruption" notable have any effect on the withered stacks that my minions apply? Or will it be ignored because the source is not from me directly?
