Performance issues after second to last patch on M1 Mac

Issue:- Frame rates are cratering on grey maps (or anything moderately busy) which were not a problem before, graph shows heavy and continous shader usage. Bottleneck doesn't appear to be CPU, RAM or disk storage but something seems to have changed with shader handling.
Computer specs: Apple M1 Studio 64GB of ram.
Game Settings: probably Vulcan, Triple Buffering, Multithreading, etc. I have lowered everything and tried various setting changes but all seem to have a negligeable effect including dropping the dynamic resolution all the way down.

I have tried to change the host compute resolution to 1920x1080 which used to yield a huge benefit but it doesn't seem as if full screen 1920x1080 is possible anymore. There are also frequent crashes when switching to fullscreen at start. I have tried making same changes via the config file and fullscreen with a lower resolution doesn't work and will always start windowed.

I'm having similar issue on M1 Mac. Haven't played for around 2 months so not sure which patch did it, but this leaguestart I have 7fps in town, in acts 20-50fps. Previous league I had 100+fps static and 20-50fps when running max juiced maps including spires.

Tried removing shader cache inside game folder, initially I didn't re-download and interestingly this didn't change much. I've run re-download via Steam and again no visible changes are observed - as if game doesn't pick up those cached shaders anymore.

All settings are set on lowest, dynamic resolution is on.
Also having issue with FPS in this league on M1 Mac
Struggling with the same issue mentioned here, this league is nearly unplayable at times.
