[DX12] Literally can't see anything during ficker strike

Hi GGG,
I'd like to report a bug that heavily affects my gameplay while using flicker strike.

Summary
This never happened before, but now almost every time I use flicker strike, blood-colored stripes/lines cover the screen.
This obstructs my view, sometimes even more than half of it.
I don't have any skill effects or microtransactions on, except for the Night Lotus Helmet I got for clearing 38 challenges.
(The bug still occurs even after I unequip it.)

Expected Outcome
There shouldn't be any blood-colored lines appearing on the screen when I use flicker strike.

OS: Windows 10 Pro N / 22H2 / 19045.4170
POE Version: 3.23.2

Bumping this since I'm having the same issue. It seems to be isolated to just the Ancestor or whatever you call it that appears with +1 to strike skill target and Ancestral Call when combined with Flicker Strike. Tried it with +1 to strike skill and Ancestral Call separately and the issue appears, but if I unspec and unsocket and run with no extra targets the issue disappears completely.

Tried every setting in-game for graphics (inc. different resolutions for windowed/fullscreen etc. for the three different renderers).
Tried with no gear, different weapons, with and without full MTX.
Tried a full reinstall of standalone client
Cleared appdata/Path of exile folder.
Tested with clean Documents/My Games/Path of Exile folder
Tried switching to Steam client.
Tried a Nvidia driver from 2021, 2023 and latest. (472.12, 545.84 and 552.22)
Tried adjusting most if not all settings in Nvidia 3d Settings.

Specs:
OS: Windows 10 64bit with latest updates
CPU: Ryzen 5950x currently at base clocks
GPU: GeForce RTX 3800
Mem: HyperX Fury 32GB (2x16GB) running at base clocks
SSD: Installed on a Samsung 870 EVO 1TB

While not a crash issue, it is diminishing my enjoyment of using the skill as having at least 1-2 + targets (gloves + tree) is quite essential to the skill.
