" Not true. There's the stun one. (it's listed in the item filter info) ... Actually, I agree. No fortify tattoo. I'm not sure how many people would use it if it said "melee hits which stun fortify". At 5% chance, I can tell you how many. ZERO. The only build it could possibly work in is Boneshatter, and Boneshatter already gets Fortify. The versions that use the Fortify Support gem could theoretically switch to a better support gem after using several of these tattoos, but losing the strength makes it pretty close to a wash, and your uptime wouldn't be as good (slower ramp, shorter duration). | |

The stun one is trash tbh. Having the one that gives fortify with melee was huge. Now I have to put it on chest unless they add it in with the new league somehow with how they did with charms, tattoos etc
