As above, waited for patch notes. no frostblink change. planned out a build and the PoB update goes live with a heavy nerf to Frostblink of Wintery blast.

I bet they seen busted AF build peole made with it. It was like spell version of flicker, but 10 times stonger.

Channeling skill + Cast when channeling + Frostblink of wintery blast gave you super fast movement for three sockets. Used it on a mana rf build with lightning tendrils and it was like a moving thunder and firestorm.
