High Voltage's "...with lightning skills" should be generalized to included converted skills.

It's just that 1 fucking cluster, "High Voltage". The rest of the tree restricts through 'attack' tag, which is fine. Nothing restricts to a "fire/cold skill", so it feels inconsistent. And the actual Notable of the cluster is completely generic too.
All in all, just very weird design.
