Warlord's Call & Battlemage's Cry: Buff based on caster's spell damage increases or ally's?

When using Warlord's Call & Battlemage's Cry together will the buff given to the ally be based on the caster's increases to spell damage? Or will it be the ally's increases to spell damage?

In the case of the below what value does the ally get?

Caster:
Increased Spell Damage: 100%
War Cry Power: War cries have infinite power
War Cry Buff Effect: 0%

Ally:
Increased Spell Damage: 0%

Will the battlemage cry buff to the ally's attacks be 150%? Or 0%?
