0 Challenges to Purple Health Speedrun before 3.24?

... is it still possible?

I had to miss out on affliction due to irl being overwhelming but after seeing that purple health now, I kinda want to no-life and try to get it before it's gone

How likely is it to jump into this league right now and speed-run to the needed challenges for the purple health before 3.24 launches?

And if believed possible, what build would be best for the job?

there was a streamer who went from 24 to 38 in one 12 hour stream....but he had currency and a lvl 90 build already
