Necropolis letf button - Mine Builds

Considering the change in Patch 3.24 to prevent instant skill on the movement button, will the game not allow the use of detonating mines on the movement button? If this is not possible, is it allowed to use "autoclicker" to simulate the detonation button every 100ms?

Autoclicker = No. Automation is not allowed.

There will be a mines mastery that will autodetonate mines when moving.
