Veiled Mod 135% increased physical damage 22% chance to impale enemies on hit with attacks

Hey gamers need some help here.
I am trying to find who gives this veiled mod and how to get it.Its needed for crafting a high dps 2H axe.All I know is its listed as from the chosen,but no more info than that.It isnt listed in my craft table as something I have already,nor is it listed as a veiled mod I can get. Craft from veiled chaos or Aisiling i think.

If it is "chosen", then it is not specify to any Syndicate member.

Chosen are prefixes, of the order are suffixes, you dont need any member in specific to get it, just any 2h weapon with a veiled prefix can give you that modifier, I think!
