Where to ask questions related to the game?

Hi,
Why is it that when we ask about information in Help and Information:
"Whether PoE 2 will be done with IPv6 or whether it will remain on the obsolete IPv4 protocol from 23 years ago"
The mods change your thread to Technical Support? This is information that only GGG has and the majority of Technical Support are players helping each other.

Is it because GGG doesn't want to answer that PoE 2 will be on the obsolete IPv4 protocol?
Or because things that are ignored by GGG must come out of Help and Information, since GGG must answer EVERYTHING in Help and Information
