How does regional prices colqulated ?

I`m very intrested in getting PO2 betta invite and i`ve heard that u should spend 500$ on a game , and i bought 2 of support packs via steam and now i`m thinking how far i`m. Couse 2 support packs is 100$ but in my curency is lower. So should i spend 500$ via steam in my curency or it`ll be valid if i by all support packs and some more ?

While they did this the last time and set the amount to $500 dollars lifetime spent, they might up this or they may not even offer it this time round.

So i would be waiting to see how they are doing the PoE2 beta.
