Your tree seems a bit messed up, you have 3 jewel sockets unallocated and you don't have Prismatic Skin allocated. Might be a bug with the PoB import but if not, allocate these.

That should do you for now, but in future you should also look at getting a Watcher's Eye with 10% phys taken as fire, more levels to get life on tree, item corrupts, a mageblood, etc.
