Change the keybind to disable buffs and make their icons Click-through - or alternative solution

The icons take up a good portion of our (already small) field of view - which would actually be acceptable had they not also removed functionality. We need to be able to left/right click the enemies/ground that the icons are on top of - like with the mana/health orbs.

We are not able to shoot Tornado shot or other mouse-targetting abilities, if the enemies are to the top-left, as the buff/debuff icons block clickability. Nor are we able to simply move top-left when buff icons are showing. Even disabling all the "show buff icons" display options does not hide them all. They take up that entire angle, massively reducing quality of life and it is straight up frustrating and dangerous for my character when the buff icons make my character stop when I inevitably missclick on an icon during a heated battle. Not to menton missclicking a certain buff can remove it, which can be detrimental in some cases.

I totally understand that some buffs are clickable due to a feature allowing certain buffs to be disabled, if they are unwanted/bad for your build. Some buffs icons do absolutely nothing besides reducing functioning screen space and visibility. While I'd like to see all buffs becoming click-through, buffs that cannot be disabled having icons that are not click-through is honestly with all respect for GGG devs, an embarrassing flaw degrading the Quality of Life of our game.

GGG, please allow us to disable relevant buffs with 'SHIFT + left/right click' instead of the current way with regular left/right click, they should be fully click-through like the life and mana orbs. This should allow for the feature to disable unwanted buffs to exist while leaving our left-top corner free to use.

If you dont wish to add 1 extra button on the keybind for disabling relevant buffs, you could at the very least make the buffs that can't be disabled clickthrough or hideable - that is objectively a perfectly compromiseless solution and is exclusively a pure positive, though not as good as the first proposal. With all due respect, now having this information and not at the very least implementing this simple fix insinuates either a high lack of time/resources, laziness or lack of competence, and I know you all at GGG are highly passionate, ambitious and competent!

It amazes me how no one has complained about this fundamental issue in double digit years. I can assure you that fixing this issue is less of a hassle than it is for players like to me to deal with it.

Warmest regards,
MAYGI
