Items that come from the Affliction mystery boxes will be in the microtransaction store approximately one month after the next league's mystery box becomes available. It may take a little longer, but you will be able to purchase them eventually :)

Hey xena91550! As xjjanie mentioned, the microtransactions from the Affliction Mystery Box are not available individually in the Path of Exile store yet, however microtransactions included in a Mystery Box are typically available to buy individually about four weeks after the Mystery Box left the store. I'd suggest keeping an eye on our Announcements sub-forum around that time :)
