"Pride" & "Flesh and Stone"

Does increased aura effect raise up Pride's "Nearby Enemies take at least (15-19)% more Physical Damage" and Flesh and Stone's "Enemies Maimed by this Skill take (8-11)% increased Physical Damage" ?

Depends it is "increase aura effect on you" , which does not affect enemies
