arrogance and reservation on blasphemy

for some reason the mana override on awakened blasphemy gem makes it so it still has a mana cost that has to be met even when reserved on life through arrogance this doesn't stop you from using the aura but just that you need the mana to put the aura on then reserve the rest of your mana is this intended or just a bug?

Arrogance supports change cost of reservation from mana to life.
Frostbite has now Reservation Mana Cost and Mana Cost after turning it into aura by A Blasphemy Support.
You change Reservation Mana Cost to Life Reservation Cost, but Mana Cost of skill is still here.
Only default auras have no mana cost.
