FPS cap at 51-54 after patch 3.23.1c

Vulkan and Directx12 are capped at 51 and 54 fps, I've tried everything.
Vsync off Limit rate on nvidia All drives are updated All configuration is on low, can't play when its tearing like that. Any help pls! Last bumped on Feb 16, 2024, 10:21:12 PM
