Veiled belt cooldown recovery issue

In game you have available Cooldown Recovery Speed rank 1 and 2 for belts.
It displays as needing to unveil belts. I have unveiled over 100 belts and none had this mod. I checked out craft of exile and it does not show up there, even with many different item levels, am I missing something? I have searched for info about this, but people are just talking about other cooldown recovery issues, so I cant find nothing on this. Last bumped on Feb 13, 2024, 4:04:15 PM

They are definitely from unveiling belts - I have just checked with a character in a league that has yet to get to unveiling (crafting bench tells all).
It did take a while to unveil them on my main league character, but not too long. It's pure RNG. 😹😹😹😹😹

I allways get the same 3 options i get on craft of exile, seems like something is broken to me, all people I ask dont have it.

" I hate to ask, but you're unveiling the suffix on belts, correct? This is most definitely still an attainable suffix mod on veiled belts. Made this mistake myself when trying to unveil the -mana cost ring craft. Make sure you're choosing a "Chosen" veiled suffix belt - the mod has a 1500 weight according to the Wiki.
