any plans on addressing issues with the previous core pack?

any plans on addressing issues with the previous core pack??

my character effect is still not fixed, the tail on the tormentor pack has the same color as the body but when used with the ooze character effect the tail becomes a different color.

its been a year is this too much to ask if you want people to continue to buy your stuff then its also expected on this end that you fix problems with it and while i understand you guys/gals only have so much time but it's been a long time can you please fix the Tormentor Pack.
