Bugged Valdo's Map

I just ran a t17 valdo's map that was supposed to reward a Headhunter Leather Belt, but despite finishing the entire map and completing the objective, I did not receive the chest that was supposed to spawn at the end of such maps.

I spent 40 divine orbs on this map and cleared it very carefully and thoroughly. I have since ran through the entire map over 10 times to double check if I had missed anything (Popping every single delirium blister including the red ones).

As you can see from the screenshot below, the map is complete with 0 monsters remaining and on the bottom right corner of the screenshot you can see the abyss chest open (which proves I have successfully completed the abyss).

And as evident from the chat, there is no flavour text that typically appears when the reward chest spawns. I am very disappointed that I spent so much currency on a map that is bugged and did not provide me a reward
