viper strike of the mamba still bugged?

There was a fix last patch but it still feels inconsistent and as if no poison is applied vs certain wisped mobs.

Even taking into account their damage reduction, there is highly noticeable difference when 5-10mil poison dot is applied on wisped mobs opposed to when all attacks deal near negligible damage as if no poison is ever applied (on a build with 100+% chance to poison, hits can't be evaded, hit can't be blocked and no poison avoid mods on map).

Yes. I am having the same problem. It does not apply poison sometimes. It is hapenning with bosses too (maven, sirus and etc). Even though alchemist's mark does prock on hit and deals no damage at all and it is the first strike and no damage were done before that.
Very frustrating...

I found out what is causing it. I have 40% chance to poion on my alchemist's mark and withering step, and have damage on the ring from veiled mod. Because of that I am applying poison with those spells. And mamba can apply poison to not poisoned enemies only...

No, they cannot deal damage directly. Perhaps it's your lightning warp or whirling blades.

No, I do not press any movement skills before the first hit and poison does not apply sometimes still.
Changed the ring, didn't help much.

thats not my case, my alc mark ground effect isnt proc'ing thats how i know something is just not right.
