Valdo's Map 'Ageless Rubble' bugged - no Mageblood

Just completed a T17 map with Mageblood reward.
Ageless Rubble, Shrine Map

Killed all monsters and boss, opened all strongboxes, checked wildwood for all events (no strongbox event), and did the Vaal side area.

No Singular Reliquary spawned upon 'completion', and denied me of my Mageblood reward.

Please fix this map and any others like it. There are similar bug reports on this specific map on the forums, and I will be checking future Valdo's maps for bug reports before running them.

Severely disappointed, and I'm out the Divines I paid for the map and of course the Mageblood I didn't receive.
